Grape varietals: Pinot Grigio, spurred cordon pruning system, harvested between the end of August and beginning of September. White wine with good structure, straw yellow colour with visible greenish reflections, intense aroma with notes of yellow blossoms, acacia flower and honey. It has elegant acidity and attractive minerality with a long-lasting finish on the palate.
