Daniele

Daniele was born in Italy and has always had a passion for food and wine mainly because every Sunday his large family would celebrate at his Nonna’s house with lots of homemade local dishes accompanied by drinks and wines. From then on, he started to love making people happy with his service and suggesting pairings between wine and food.

As a young man, Daniele wanted to discover more of the world, so he moved overseas to help refine his knowledge of different cultures and experience the regional wines and cuisine of different countries.

Travelling and working in the field of hospitality, Daniele has been employed in many different areas of tourism including five-star hotels, nightclubs, beach bars and restaurants in many countries throughout the world. This has helped him to learn, appreciate and develop an understanding of people and their customs in different nationalities.

Having lived and worked for seven years in the Cayman Islands, Daniele feels that he has found a home here. Working with local people has given him the chance to forge excellent relationships with colleagues in hospitality and liquor distribution, enabling him to give his guests the best service at the most competitive prices.

Daniele is proud to have the opportunity to provide for his customers a personal and welcoming experience and to deliver his guests unforgettable moments to treasure.
